Women’s Program Recap
Our Women’s Programs experienced extraordinary growth in 2025, welcoming 277 participants across three locations, a 99.2% increase from 2024.
These programs are intentionally created to center the experiences of women and non-binary individuals, offering supportive space for learning, connection, and community.
Locations: Mt. Abram, Whaleback, Cranmore
The Women’s Program focused on approachable terrain, welcoming instruction, and community connection. Consistent scheduling at our host mountains helped returning participants grow skills across the season, while clear beginner pathways and on-site support made it easy for first-timers to join. Together, these programs strengthened belonging, expanded access, and supported a more inclusive uphill culture in New England.
