IST x Cranmore Programs
Cranmore is IST’s main Mount Washington Valley location and a reliable spot for on resort programs in New Hampshire. We run sessions here on most Sundays throughout the winter, with a mix of Open to All and Women’s programs, so people have regular opportunities to join, connect, and learn in a welcoming setting.
Programs require advance registration and have limited capacity. Choose the program type that fits you best, then pick the location and date that work for your winter.
