Where to rent touring gear
Touring setups and splitboards to rent in the states where we run programs, and in Idaho, from our partner shops and every other place we have checked.
Reserve ahead, and know what comes with it
You do not need to own touring gear to come out with us. Below, by the states where we run programs and Idaho, where we are working on them, are our partner shops first, then every other shop and mountain we found that rents touring gear, each checked on its own site in November 2026. Have your sizes ready; the rental size guide helps. Ask what the rental includes: some rent the whole setup with boots and skins, and some splitboard rentals ask you to bring your own snowboard boots.
People who register for a program get the discount information in their confirmation email.
Uphill rental equipment can be limited. Reserve well ahead so the shop has gear in your sizes.
The shop fits your setup and shows you how to use it. Our volunteers help again at check-in.

The ones people ask
Who fits my rental?
The shop, and it shows you how to use your setup when you pick it up. At check-in our volunteers go over it again and teach you more.
Can I bring my own gear?
Yes. Touring skis with touring bindings and boots that work with them, or a splitboard, with skins. The gear guide has the rest.
Why is a shop not on this list?
We list places that rent or demo touring gear in the states where we run programs and in Idaho, checked on their own sites. We do not list shops that only sell it. Know one we missed? Email info@inclusiveskitouring.org.
